Jenn Janicki is the Executive Director of Clinical Mastery Series. A dynamic speaker and has coached some of the top producing dentists in the United States, with a focus on enhanced business systems, elegant communication, customer service and practice profitability.

As a director of CMS, she is able to fulfill her passion in touching hundreds of practices who desire excellence. After earning an honorable distinction in business development for large corporations, she has incorporated those skills and strategies into the fundamental success of any dental team.

Jason Olitsky DMD, AAACD, is the immediate past president of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. As Director of Aesthetics and Photography, he teaches portrait and clinical photography, smile design, and full mouth rehabilitation with The Clinical Mastery Series and is clinical faculty adjunct with Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.

Dr. Olitsky owns WallSmiles.com, a photography business that sells clinical before and after images and portrait wall art for dentists. He is also co-author of The Naked Tooth: What Cosmetic Dentists Don’t Want You to Know. He’s been published on various topics of cosmetic dentistry, has appeared in numerous national beauty and health magazines, and serves as a product consultant for dental product companies and is a clinical consultant for Dental Advisor. He is also the official dentist of the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL cheerleaders, The Roar, and he owns a licensed modeling agency, Smile Stylist Model Management, which he uses to promote beautiful and healthy smiles.

Jason teaches Ultimate Occlusion 1, Ultimate Occlusion 2, Anterior Aesthetics, and Dental Photography

Dr. John Nosti practices full time with an emphasis on functional cosmetics, full mouth rehabilitation, and TMJ dysfunction. His down-to-earth approach and ability to demystify occlusion and all ceramic dentistry has earned him distinction among his peers. He has lectured nationally on occlusion, rehabilitation, and technology (JVA/JT and T-scan).

As Clinical Director for Clinical Mastery Series he has authored and teaches the two-day “Ultimate Occlusion: Mastering Functional Dentistry ” ,“Ultimate Occlusion 2: Mastering Full Mouth Rehab”, and Ultimate Occlusion 3: Mastering Complex Cases” courses, as well as the “Full Mouth Rehabilitation Live in the Op” live patient program.

Dr. Nosti has consistently been a featured speakers at the BioResearch Annual Conference and “Townie Meeting” in Las Vegas, NV. He has lectured for numerous national conferences, including the annual sessions for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry. He has also spoken for many dental societies, and study clubs, including divisions of the Seattle Study Club.

Furthermore, he holds fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantology and Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. He is currently in the process of attaining the award of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Alla Brown owns a private practice in Buford, Georgia. Her primary focus is on comprehensive esthetic and functional dentistry. Upon graduation from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2005, she realized the need for advanced learning and has turned higher education in dentistry into her passion. Completing over 100 hours of continuing education a year, she is involved with several continuum courses, has completed four synergy training programs with a concentration on implant-supported full mouth rehabilitations.

Dr. Brown received her fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry and is in the process of obtaining accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Brown is involved in several volunteer projects around the state as well as provides dental care through the Give Back a Smile Foundation. She is an active Member of Hinman Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, as well as Georgia, and American Dental Associations.

Dr. Brown serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and enjoys mentoring students and dentists newer to the profession. She is excited to be a part of the Clinical Mastery Series and to share her extensive knowledge and experience with her colleagues.

Dr. Chris Catalano graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and currently practices in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has pursued extensive post-graduate education in cosmetics, full mouth rehabilitation, occlusion, orthodontics and practice management. He had the privilege of working as an associate of Dr. David Hornbrook, learning from one of dentistry’s masters in cosmetic dentistry. With this associateship brought a unique opportunity to be part of many hands-on live patient programs at Pac-Live learning from so many gifted clinicians and lab ceramists. Following his passion for education, Dr. Catalano has worked as a clinical mentor in live patient hands-on courses with The Hornbrook Group and Clinical Mastery. He is also a part-time clinical instructor at UOP School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Dr. Drew Carrell received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa where he served as class President all four years. Since graduation, Dr. Drew has taken extensive continuing education courses in Occlusion, Sleep Disordered Breathing, Implant Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Carrell has been an active member of the Minnesota Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry for over 10 years and a board member for the last 5 years. Dr. Drew served as the President of the Minnesota Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry from 2017-2018 and is currently the Secretary. Dr. Carrell is also a member of the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Team of Implantology, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, the American Dental Association, and Minnesota Dental Association. As the owner of Lakeview Family Dentistry, Dr. Carrell maintains a full-time private practice with an emphasis on the treatment of Sleep Breathing Disorders, TMD, complex implant restorations and functionally driven full mouth rehabilitation.

Since then, Dr. Farmer has taken more than 1800 hours of advanced continuing education and has had the honor of serving patients for more than 20 years in family and cosmetic dentistry at his Wichita, KS practice.He is a gifted teacher and thrilled at the tremendous distinction to mentor colleagues in their studies.

Dr. Erik Mendelsohn practices in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. He graduated with a degree in Medical Dentistry from Temple University in May of 2005. A lifelong learner, Dr. Erik’s thirst for knowledge has taken him throughout the country as he continues to remain on the cutting-edge of dentistry. That, along with his enthusiasm for the profession and his exceptional clinical skills, has made him a provider of choice. Dr. Jim Furgurson maintains a private practice in Chapel Hill, NC that focuses on individualized comprehensive care. Since graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, Dr. Furgurson has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education each year in occlusion, implant placement & restoration, cosmetics, facial injectables, sleep apnea, TMD, and dental lasers.

Dr. Furgurson has earned Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry and The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and currently working towards Accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. As an alumnus of Clinical Mastery Series, Dr. Furgurson is honored to serve as a faculty member and excited to learn and share this awesome and practical continuum with other dentists.

Joanna Claustro, DMD

 

Dr. Claustro is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and owns a thriving Cosmetic and General Dentistry practice in Ashburn, Virginia — serving patients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond. Her practice philosophy centers around building relationships with her patients in order to approach their care in a comprehensive manner while focusing on their values, lifestyle, and dental histories.

 

Dr. Claustro has invested in hundreds of high-quality continuing education hours in pursuit of clinical excellence and is purposeful on how she implements new techniques and technology into her practice. As a Clinical Mastery Series Alumnus, Dr. Claustro knows first-hand the career-changing impact this compendium has had on her daily practice of dentistry. From her ability to connect with patients and deliver beautiful smiles, to developing leadership skills needed to grow her practice into a thriving business — she has been recognized for her success as a small business owner and expert in the field. She is honored and thrilled to be part of the CMS faculty so she may pay it forward to other clinicians and their teams. Through this opportunity, she hopes to not only mentor her peers on didactic material, but also on building confidence to apply new skills and tech so that they grow professionally and financially.

 

Dr. Claustro is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the OMDIB Community. Locally, she is active with various community organizations mentoring teens, young professionals, and fellow small business owners in developing leadership and networking skills. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Claustro carves out time to travel with her husband and son, challenge herself on her Peloton bike, and run a family farmstay in the heart of Virginia’s Piedmont horse and wine country.

Dr. Lauren Shepard has a private practice in Katy, Texas, since 2008 with a focus on comprehensive dentistry, smile design, and full mouth rehabilitation. As an alumni of Clinical Mastery Series, Dr. Shepard had successfully integrated the advanced concepts and is passionate about helping others realize their potential in their profession by serving as on Faculty with CMS.

Dr. Shepard attended Texas A&M University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in biomedical science. After undergrad, she earned her dental degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch. Her excitement and dedication to her craft have led her to the constant and never-ending pursuit of advanced education.

Dr. Nada Albatish owns and operates a multi-disciplinary practice All Smiles Dental Centre
just north of Toronto. As a consummate learner, Dr. Albatish has committed herself to advanced continuing education, first by completing a GPR residency immediately out of dental school, followed by hundreds of hours of CE each year.

Dr. Albatish’s love for complex and rehabilitative dentistry, has focused her work and earned distinction in the industry and among her peers. She is honored to serve as Faculty for Clinical Mastery Series.

As a speaker, author and key opinion leader, Dr Albatish is inspired by helping her fellow dentists to achieve excellence, predictability and confidence in their craft. She acts as a mentor and support system for clinicians around North America and is incredibly committed to the success of others and to the advancement of the dental profession at large.

Dr. Paul Lee, DDS is a proud Houstonian and maintains a private practice in Houston, TX with a focus on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Lee’s passion for dentistry and giving his patients the best comprehensive care he and his team can provide, has driven him to endlessly pursue continuing education including the Clinical Mastery Series continuum. He received his undergraduate degree in BS in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to earn his doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Lee then completed his General Practice Residency at the Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey and continues to focus on continuing education and the latest advances in dental technology. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, and the Spear’s Study Club. He also serves as dental director and board member for Casa El Buen Samaritano; a non-profit health organization that ministers by providing healthcare to the low-income and uninsured population in our community. Dr. Lee also donates his time and talents to the clinic by providing dental services to the underserved. In his free time, you can find Dr. Lee spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. He enjoys photography and traveling. He is very active in his community church and serve in the deacon board. He also has a passion for fitness and has competed in multiple triathlons, Ironman competitions, and MS-150 cycling events.

Richard A. Racanelli DMD has been practicing cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry in Las Vegas for over 10 years. He founded his practice, Stunning Smiles

of Las Vegas, after relocating from Manhattan in 2012.

Dr. Racanelli graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental

Medicine in 2001, after receiving his BS in Biology from Villanova University in 1997.  He completed a dual degree accelerated 7-year program between the 2 schools that allowed him to enter dental school as a junior in college and fulfill his passion to become a dentist, which started in high school under the influence of his orthodontist.  Dr. Racanelli knew he wanted to be a dentist when he realized how much his orthodontist was changing the lives of patients and he applied and was accepted to the accelerated program.

Dr. Racanelli is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic

Dentistry and the American Academy of Clear Aligners and has been a top Invisalign provider in Las Vegas since 2015. He has received several accolades, including being named Top Dentist by his peers in Las Vegas for the last 7 consecutive years. His passion for providing the best comprehensive care and desire for constant improvement as a clinician has driven Dr. Racanelli to endlessly pursue continuing education including the Clinical Mastery Series continuum where is now a proud clinical faculty member.

Dr. Racanelli is known for his warm and caring chair-side manner and his guiding philosophy for dentistry is to get to know his patients as people first and to truly listen to customize plans that fit their lifestyle and long-term goals for both health and appearance.

He resides in Summerlin with his wife Jennifer and son Luca. When he isn’t practicing dentistry, he can be found in the kitchen cooking for friends and family, practicing yoga or exercising, and spending time poolside enjoying the Las Vegas sun.  Dr. Racanelli is a passionate traveler, always looking for the next adventure and would love to spend time in Italy, learning the language and eating amazing food.
