CMS Names Dr. Eric Farmer Director of Professional Development

eric-farmer-headshot1-133x133Wichita dentist Dr. Eric Farmer has been named Director of Professional Development for dental continuing education company Clinical Mastery Series (CMS). Dr. Farmer joined the acclaimed CMS executive team alongside Jenn Janicki, Drs. Lee Ann Brady, John Nosti, Jason Olitsky and Michael Smith in providing hands-on and live patient post-graduate education to dental clinicians around the country.

New Role Places Emphasis on Career Outcomes

In addition to elevating a doctor’s clinical skills through occlusion, implant, aesthetic, full mouth rehabilitation and dental photography training, CMS courses facilitate learning in hands-on, often live-patient demonstration environments. As the new Director of Professional Development, Dr. Farmer will nurture the CMS philosophy of enhancing participants’ long-term career aspirations and professional confidence.

A History of Clinical Excellence and Curiosity

Dr. Eric Farmer graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 1991 after earning an undergraduate degree in Biology. Since then, Dr. Farmer has taken more than 1800 hours of advanced continuing education and has had the honor of serving patients for more than 20 years in family and cosmetic dentistry at his Wichita, KS practice.He is a gifted teacher and thrilled at the tremendous distinction to mentor colleagues in their studies.

“It’s a privilege to play an even greater role in assisting my colleagues with re-igniting their ‘why’ and accelerating their professional growth,” shared Dr. Farmer. “I’m proud to accept this position because I know it will only intensify my passion for teaching.”

Dr. Farmer is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, has Fellowship status with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and has Master status with BioResearch. Among his many other accomplishments, Dr. Farmer has been voted by his dental peers as one of the Top Dentists in Wichita and served as President of the Wichita District Dental Society.

About Clinical Mastery Series

Since 2008, Clinical Mastery Series (www.clinicalmas.wpengine.com) has hosted hands-on dental continuing education in top venues around the country. With program curriculum focused on the restorative dentist and their team, the two to three-day courses are limited in attendance. Clinical Mastery Series accepts enrollees on a first-come, first-served basis and early registration is strongly advised.
