Dr. David Hornbrook graduated from UCLA School of dentistry and currently practices in San Diego CA. He has been a guest faculty member of the post-graduate programs in Cosmetic Dentistry at Baylor, Tufts, SUNY at Buffalo, UMKC, and the UCLA Center of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has consulted with numerous manufacturers’ in product development and refinement and is on the editorial board of Practical Procedures & Aesthetic Dentistry, Contemporary Esthetics, Signature, and is the past editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also the current clinical editor of the Dental Practice Report, as well as a member of the Esthetic Dentistry Research Group, which publishes REALITY and REALITY NOW. He is an accredited member and Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He was the founder and past director of P.A.C.~live, and The Hornbrook Group. He has lectured internationally on all facets of esthetic dentistry and has published articles in all of the leading dental journals.

Dr. Mary Viechnicki Potter received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Temple University School of Dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She also has a BA from Lehigh University and advanced studies form Columbia University. She has two clinical practices with a focus on aesthetics and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Viechnicki Potter has proven her skills as a cosmetic dentist whose scientific knowledge and artistic ability allow her to perform smile design makeovers with incredible results. She has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry and is known for her terrific ability to educate her peers in clinical efficiency and patient management. She has taught in live patient education courses and with Clinical Mastery for over 8 years.

Dr. Gerilyn M. Alfe majored in English at Tufts University, where she graduated cum laude in 1989. She then attended Tufts School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1993. Dr. Alfe was 5th in her class and was awarded magna cum laude status. She was also awarded the AAWD Certificate of Recognition and the Jack Frommer Prize in the Morphological Sciences.

Dr. Gerilyn Alfe was inducted in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society (awarded to only 10% of the graduating class.)

After owning a practice in New England for 10 years, she moved to Chicago and established Chicago Smile Spa where she practices restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She also treats patients who suffer from migraine and TMJ pain as well as snoring and sleep apnea.

Graduating in 1988 from the University of Indiana School of Dentistry, Dr. Jenkins has practiced for 21 years in Southern Indiana as part of the Louisville Metropolitan area. Focusing on Cosmetic and Reconstructive dentistry as a major part of his general practice has allowed him to live his dream as President of Designing Smiles, PSC.

Dr. Jenkins has mentored hands on live patient programs for over a decade now and continues to be consumed with the opportunity to share with others those gifts that have been so graciously endowed to him.

Dr. Jenkins has most recently acted as Faculty/Mentor for The Hornbrook Group and has been named as faculty for the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Jenkins is pleased to instruct with Gold Dust Clinical Mastery Series in the area of Full Mouth Rehabilitation through mentoring and live-patient training.

Dr. Jenkins is the founder of the Greater Louisville Aesthetic Masters study club and an active member of the AACD.

Dr. John Nosti graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1998, and completed a General Practice Residency from Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA in 1999. He has since pursued an extensive post graduate education in Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, Occlusion, Cosmetics, and full mouth rehabilitation while completing over 1500 hours of continuing education, including the Dawson Center, Piper Center, and Hornbrook Group continuums. His private practices in Mays Landing and Somers Point New Jersey are dedicated to functional cosmetics, complete dentistry, and TMD, while providing outstanding patient services.

Dr. Nosti is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, member of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, Crown Council, and American Dental Association. He has served as President of the Monmouth/Ocean County Dental Society.

Dr. Nosti has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and lectures for Benco Dental. His ability to motivate and his passion for dentistry makes him one of the exciting new speakers in dentistry today.

He is pleased to instruct with the Gold Dust Clinical Mastery Series in the area of Occlusion and Full Mouth Rehabilitation, through mentoring and live-patient training.

Dr. Jason Olitsky, is a 2001 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. Since his graduation, he has pursued extensive postgraduate education in cosmetics, full mouth rehabilitation and occlusion. After completing the Hornbrook Group continuum of courses in just one year, he was invited to teach with the Hornbrook Group. His passion and enthusiasm for cosmetic dentistry shows through in his energetic teaching style. He is pleased to instruct with Gold Dust Clinical Mastery Series in the area of Full Mouth Rehabilitation, through mentoring and live-patient training.

Dr. Jason Olitsky practices with his wife Dr. Colleen and one team member in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, in a studio dedicated exclusively to cosmetic dentistry. Their practice was featured in Dental Economics in April 2007. He has lectured with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and has passed 3 out of the 5 AACD accreditation cases, as well as being active on the membership committee. Dr. Jason attributes his passion for cosmetics to Dr. David Hornbrook and the Hornbrook Group. He has completed courses many additional courses in function and occlusion including Dr. Frank Spear, Dr. Pete Dawson and is a graduate of The Misch International Implant Institute.

In 1997 Dr. Trent W. Smallwood founded the Centre for Contemporary Dental Concepts in Tempe, Arizona. An International Speaker for over 9 years, Dr. Smallwood has spoken at Prestigious Venues such as the ADA, AACD, ACE, London Society, World Aesthetic Congress, India Power Aesthetic Programs, and State Conventions throughout the United States. He is also a Member of the Review Board for the AACD Journal. Along with consulting/teaching with major dental manufacturers, Dr. Smallwood is a past instructor with the Hornbrook Group (A live patient hands-on course that teaches doctors how to build beautiful smiles on their OWN patients). He is pleased to instruct with Gold Dust Clinical Mastery Series in the areas of Smile Enhancement and Full Mouth Rehabilitation, through mentoring and live-patient training.

Dr. Mike Smith graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and pursued extensive post graduate education in dental rehabilitation in the field of occlusion, full mouth rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, sleep apnea and conscious sedation. His private practice in Phoenix, Arizona is dedicated to aesthetic, contemporary restorative and cosmetic rehabilitation. Dr. Smith instructs other dentists nationally and internationally as a lecturer and mentor for companies involved in advanced dental treatment and diagnosis in TMD, full mouth reconstruction, and implants. He is actively involved in numerous organizations and associations dedicated to the pursuit of providing patients with extraordinary care.
